How to uninstall Factom from your system

Factom is a Windows application. How to remove Factom using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Factom is a program by Factom Foundation. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall this program. This is efortful because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE approach to uninstall Factom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Factom or simply click the Search field and type in "Factom". If it exists on your system the Factom app will be found very quickly. When you select Factom in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Factom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Factom.


8. After uninstalling Factom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Factom which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Factom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
