A guide to uninstall Facecheck from your system

Facecheck is a Windows application. Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Directories that were left behind:

• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Facecheck
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Overwolf\Log\Apps\FaceCheck

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Facecheck:

• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Facecheck\proBuildsDates.json
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Facecheck\spellsPositions.json
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Overwolf\Log\Apps\FaceCheck\champSelect.html.log
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Overwolf\Log\Apps\FaceCheck\controller.html.log
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Overwolf\Log\Apps\FaceCheck\home.html.log
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Local\Overwolf\Log\Apps\FaceCheck\loading.html.log

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

A way to uninstall Facecheck from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Facecheck is a program released by the software company Overwolf app. Some users choose to erase this program. This can be easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY action to erase Facecheck is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Facecheck or simply click the Search field and type in "Facecheck". If it exists on your system the Facecheck program will be found automatically. After you click Facecheck in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Facecheck, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Facecheck.


8. After uninstalling Facecheck, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Facecheck which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Facecheck using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
