How to uninstall FDRS from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FDRS is an application by the software company Ford Motor Company. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is efortful because performing this by hand requires some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE solution to uninstall FDRS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your system.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate FDRS or simply click the Search field and type in "FDRS". If it is installed on your PC the FDRS application will be found very quickly. After you click FDRS in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding FDRS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for FDRS:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.ford.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ford Motor Company\FDRS\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall FDRS.


8. After uninstalling FDRS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of FDRS that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling FDRS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
