A way to uninstall FAHClient from your PC

A way to delete FAHClient with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FAHClient is an application by the software company Stanford University. Some users decide to erase it. This is easier said than done because performing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK practice to erase FAHClient is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate FAHClient or simply activate the Search field and type in "FAHClient". The FAHClient program will be found very quickly. After you select FAHClient in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about FAHClient, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for FAHClient:





  • The web site of the application is: http://folding.stanford.edu/
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\FAHClient\Uninstall.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall FAHClient.

8. After removing FAHClient, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong FAHClient that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling FAHClient with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
