A way to uninstall Etcher with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Etcher is a program marketed by the software company Resin.io. Some people decide to remove it. This is efortful because removing this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK practice to remove Etcher is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Etcher or simply click the Search field and type in "Etcher". If it is installed on your PC the Etcher application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Etcher in the list of apps, some data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Etcher, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Etcher.

8. After removing Etcher, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Etcher that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
