3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find ETI or simply click the Search feature and type in "ETI". The ETI program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click ETI in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:
