A way to remove Dynatrace OneAgent from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dynatrace OneAgent is a program released by the software company Dynatrace LLC. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall it. Sometimes this is efortful because performing this manually takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE solution to uninstall Dynatrace OneAgent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Dynatrace OneAgent or simply click the Search field and type in "Dynatrace OneAgent". If it exists on your system the Dynatrace OneAgent program will be found automatically. When you select Dynatrace OneAgent in the list of programs, some data about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Dynatrace OneAgent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Dynatrace OneAgent:

• The publisher is: https://support.dynatrace.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{C85F7069-F0D3-460E-AF19-7575B015916E}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Dynatrace OneAgent.


8. After removing Dynatrace OneAgent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Dynatrace OneAgent that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Dynatrace OneAgent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
