• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Data Loader or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Data Loader". The Data Loader application will be found very quickly. After you select Data Loader in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:
