How to uninstall Cryptomator from your computer

A way to uninstall Cryptomator with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Cryptomator is a program released by Skymatic GmbH. Sometimes, users decide to remove it. This is difficult because doing this manually takes some know-how regarding PCs. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Cryptomator or simply activate the Search field and type in "Cryptomator". The Cryptomator app will be found automatically. After you click Cryptomator in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Cryptomator, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Cryptomator.


8. After removing Cryptomator, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Cryptomator that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Cryptomator with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
