A way to uninstall CrashPlan from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CrashPlan is a program released by CrashPlan Group LLC. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall this program. This is troublesome because doing this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find CrashPlan or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CrashPlan". The CrashPlan program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click CrashPlan in the list of applications, some information about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about CrashPlan, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall CrashPlan.

8. After removing CrashPlan, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of CrashPlan that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling CrashPlan with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
