A guide to uninstall Control Center from your computer

Control Center is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It is developed by XMG. Check out here for more info on XMG. Control Center is frequently set up in the C:\Program Files\OEM\Control Center directory, regulated by the user's decision. You can uninstall Control Center by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\OEM\Control Center\unins000.exe. Note that you might be prompted for administrator rights. CallGM.exe is the Control Center's main executable file and it occupies circa 3.30 MB (3462544 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall Control Center with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Control Center is an application released by the software company XMG. Sometimes, computer users decide to erase it. This can be hard because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY way to erase Control Center is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Control Center or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Control Center". If it exists on your system the Control Center application will be found very quickly. After you click Control Center in the list of apps, some information about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Control Center, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Control Center.

8. After removing Control Center, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Control Center which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Control Center with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
