A way to uninstall ConfigTool using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ConfigTool is a program marketed by the software company Carl Valentin GmbH. Sometimes, people choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to remove ConfigTool is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool
Go to Uninstall Programs


5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate ConfigTool or simply activate the Search field and type in "ConfigTool". The ConfigTool app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select ConfigTool in the list of applications, some information about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about ConfigTool, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ConfigTool.

8. After uninstalling ConfigTool, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ConfigTool which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ConfigTool using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
