A way to remove CompanionLink from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CompanionLink is an application marketed by the software company CompanionLink Software, Inc.. Some computer users want to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be efortful because deleting this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE manner to uninstall CompanionLink is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find CompanionLink or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CompanionLink". If it is installed on your PC the CompanionLink app will be found very quickly. When you click CompanionLink in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding CompanionLink, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CompanionLink.

8. After uninstalling CompanionLink, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong CompanionLink which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing CompanionLink with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
