A way to erase CODECS from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CODECS is an application released by Multimedia. Sometimes, people decide to erase it. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase CODECS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate CODECS or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CODECS". If it exists on your system the CODECS program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click CODECS in the list of programs, some information about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about CODECS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.

8. After uninstalling CODECS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of CODECS that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
