A way to erase CODECS from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CODECS is an application released by Multimedia. Some users decide to erase it. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this manually requires some knowledge related to PCs. The best EASY procedure to erase CODECS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find CODECS or simply click the Search field and type in "CODECS". If it is installed on your PC the CODECS program will be found automatically. When you click CODECS in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding CODECS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall CODECS.


8. After removing CODECS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CODECS which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
