How to uninstall Citrix Receiver from your PC

Citrix Receiver is a Windows application. How to delete Citrix Receiver from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Citrix Receiver is an application by the software company Citrix. Sometimes, users try to remove this application. This can be efortful because uninstalling this manually requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Citrix Receiver or simply click the Search feature and type in "Citrix Receiver". If it is installed on your PC the Citrix Receiver app will be found automatically. After you click Citrix Receiver in the list of programs, the following information about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Citrix Receiver, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Citrix Receiver.

8. After uninstalling Citrix Receiver, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Citrix Receiver which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
