A way to remove Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is a program released by the software company The Chromium Authors. Sometimes, users want to remove it. This can be difficult because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY procedure to remove Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to take care of your computer.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Chromium or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Chromium". If it exists on your system the Chromium application will be found very quickly. When you click Chromium in the list , some information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Chromium, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Chromium.

8. After uninstalling Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Chromium which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
