A guide to uninstall Chromium from your PC

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. chrome.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 1.72 MB (1799680 bytes) on disk.

Chromium installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 5.48 MB (5743104 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is an application offered by the software company The Chromium Authors. Some people want to erase it. Sometimes this can be difficult because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. The best EASY solution to erase Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Chromium or simply activate the Search field and type in "Chromium". If it is installed on your PC the Chromium program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Chromium in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Chromium, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Chromium.


8. After removing Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Chromium which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
