6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CTI-OEM or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CTI-OEM". If it exists on your system the CTI-OEM program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click CTI-OEM in the list of programs, the following information about the application is made available to you:
