6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CRM or simply click the Search feature and type in "CRM". If it is installed on your PC the CRM app will be found automatically. When you click CRM in the list , some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding CRM, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall CRM.


8. After uninstalling CRM, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CRM which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
