A way to delete CMake from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CMake is an application released by the software company Kitware. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE practice to remove CMake is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your computer.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate CMake or simply click the Search feature and type in "CMake". If it exists on your system the CMake application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select CMake in the list of programs, the following data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about CMake, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.

All the items of CMake which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
