When you're planning to uninstall CCleaner you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Usually the following registry data will not be uninstalled:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\CCleaner
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Piriform\CCleaner

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find CCleaner or simply activate the Search field and type in "CCleaner". The CCleaner application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click CCleaner in the list of applications, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about CCleaner, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove CCleaner.


8. After uninstalling CCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of CCleaner that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling CCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
