A guide to uninstall CCleaner from your system

CCleaner is a software application. How to uninstall CCleaner from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CCleaner is a program by Piriform Ltd.. Sometimes, computer users choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because deleting this by hand requires some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK action to remove CCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your PC.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CCleaner or simply click the Search feature and type in "CCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the CCleaner app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click CCleaner in the list , the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding CCleaner, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove CCleaner.


8. After removing CCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of CCleaner which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing CCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
