A guide to uninstall Brave from your computer

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall Brave for Windows. The Windows version was developed by Die Brave-Autoren. You can find out more on Die Brave-Autoren or check for application updates here. The application is often installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application directory (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for uninstalling Brave is C:\Program Files (x86)\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\78.1.0.1\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. brave.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 1.90 MB (1988240 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is a program released by the software company Die Brave-Autoren. Some computer users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE action to remove Brave is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Brave or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Brave". If it exists on your system the Brave app will be found very quickly. When you click Brave in the list of apps, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Brave, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Brave.


8. After uninstalling Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Brave that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
