How to uninstall Brave from your PC

Brave is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your PC. The Windows release was created by Brave Authors. Further information on Brave Authors can be found here. Usually the Brave program is to be found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application folder, depending on the user's option during install. Brave's complete uninstall command line is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\104.1.42.97\Installer\setup.exe. The program's main executable file occupies 2.80 MB (2932576 bytes) on disk and is called brave.exe.

A way to erase Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is an application offered by Brave Authors. Sometimes, users try to uninstall it. This can be difficult because removing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY procedure to uninstall Brave is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Brave or simply click the Search field and type in "Brave". If it is installed on your PC the Brave program will be found very quickly. When you select Brave in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Brave, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Brave.


8. After removing Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Brave which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
