A guide to uninstall Brave from your PC

Brave is a Windows program. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. brave.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 2.15 MB (2252744 bytes) on disk.

How to remove Brave from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is an application offered by the software company Die Brave-Autoren. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this program. This can be difficult because doing this by hand takes some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY practice to uninstall Brave is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Brave or simply click the Search field and type in "Brave". The Brave application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Brave in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Brave, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Brave.


8. After removing Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Brave that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Brave using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
