3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Blue Shield or simply activate the Search field and type in "Blue Shield". If it exists on your system the Blue Shield app will be found very quickly.
