How to uninstall Bing Desktop from your PC

A way to uninstall Bing Desktop using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Bing Desktop is a program marketed by the software company Microsoft Corporation. Frequently, people decide to erase this application. This can be hard because doing this manually requires some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE approach to erase Bing Desktop is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Bing Desktop or simply click the Search feature and type in "Bing Desktop". If it is installed on your PC the Bing Desktop application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Bing Desktop in the list of programs, some information about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Bing Desktop, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Bing Desktop.

8. After uninstalling Bing Desktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Bing Desktop that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Bing Desktop using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
