3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find BigFix or simply activate the Search field and type in "BigFix". If it is installed on your PC the BigFix program will be found automatically. After you click BigFix in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about BigFix, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

All the items that belong BigFix that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
