After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are shown below.

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aifc\OpenWithList\BearShare.exe

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\BearShare.exe\shell\Read\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\BearShare\shell\open\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0180E49C-13BF-46DB-9AFD-9F52292E1C22}\InprocServer32\

A way to erase BearShare using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find BearShare or simply activate the Search feature and type in "BearShare". If it is installed on your PC the BearShare program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click BearShare in the list of applications, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding BearShare, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
