3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate BPM or simply click the Search feature and type in "BPM". If it exists on your system the BPM program will be found very quickly. When you click BPM in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:

All the items that belong BPM that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
