A guide to uninstall Avaya Agent from your PC

How to uninstall Avaya Agent with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Avaya Agent is a program released by the software company Avaya. Frequently, people decide to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK practice to remove Avaya Agent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

3. Click on the General Tools category

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Avaya Agent or simply click the Search feature and type in "Avaya Agent". If it is installed on your PC the Avaya Agent app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Avaya Agent in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Avaya Agent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Avaya Agent.

8. After removing Avaya Agent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Avaya Agent that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
