How to uninstall Autoruns from your system

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. Autoruns's primary file takes around 515.34 KB (527704 bytes) and is called Batchrun.exe.

Autoruns is composed of the following executables which take 961.29 KB (984363 bytes) on disk:

How to erase Autoruns with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Autoruns is an application released by Sysinternals. Sometimes, users choose to remove this application. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Autoruns or simply activate the Search field and type in "Autoruns". If it exists on your system the Autoruns app will be found automatically. When you select Autoruns in the list , the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Autoruns, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Autoruns.


8. After uninstalling Autoruns, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Autoruns that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Autoruns using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
