A guide to uninstall Atom from your computer

A way to erase Atom from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is an application marketed by GitHub Inc.. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this is efortful because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK way to erase Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Atom or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it exists on your system the Atom application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Atom in the list of applications, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Atom, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Atom.


8. After uninstalling Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Atom which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
