How to uninstall AteraAgent from your PC

A way to uninstall AteraAgent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AteraAgent is a program by the software company ATERA Networks. Sometimes, users try to remove it. This can be efortful because doing this manually requires some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE action to remove AteraAgent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate AteraAgent or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AteraAgent". If it exists on your system the AteraAgent program will be found automatically. After you select AteraAgent in the list of apps, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding AteraAgent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\ATERA Networks\AteraAgent\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AteraAgent.


8. After removing AteraAgent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of AteraAgent that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling AteraAgent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
