A way to delete Ascent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ascent is a program offered by the software company Commtest Instruments Ltd.. Some people choose to uninstall it. This can be troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK manner to uninstall Ascent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Ascent or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ascent". The Ascent app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Ascent in the list of apps, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Ascent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Ascent.


8. After removing Ascent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Ascent which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Ascent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
