A way to uninstall Arduino from your system

Arduino is a Windows application. A way to delete Arduino with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Arduino is a program marketed by Arduino Srl. Some users decide to erase it. This can be difficult because doing this manually requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase Arduino is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Arduino or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Arduino". If it is installed on your PC the Arduino app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Arduino in the list , the following data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Arduino, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\uninst.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Arduino.
