A way to delete Arduino from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Arduino is an application marketed by the software company Arduino Srl. Sometimes, computer users try to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY procedure to erase Arduino is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Arduino or simply activate the Search field and type in "Arduino". If it is installed on your PC the Arduino app will be found automatically. After you click Arduino in the list , the following information about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Arduino, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The software company is: http://www.arduino.org
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\uninst.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Arduino.
