How to remove Altiris Inventory Agent with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Altiris Inventory Agent is a program offered by the software company Symantec Corporation. Some computer users want to uninstall it. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY procedure to uninstall Altiris Inventory Agent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Altiris Inventory Agent or simply activate the Search field and type in "Altiris Inventory Agent". The Altiris Inventory Agent application will be found automatically. After you click Altiris Inventory Agent in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Altiris Inventory Agent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Altiris Inventory Agent.


8. After removing Altiris Inventory Agent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Altiris Inventory Agent which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
