A guide to uninstall AirPort from your system

This web page contains complete information on how to uninstall AirPort for Windows. It was developed for Windows by Atlas Copco. Open here for more information on Atlas Copco. Please open http://www.AtlasCopco.com if you want to read more on AirPort on Atlas Copco's web page. AirPort is commonly installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Atlas Copco\AirPort directory, regulated by the user's choice. The full command line for removing AirPort is MsiExec.exe /I{E6817AF2-346B-466D-B011-540F7CBEA00D}. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. AirPort's primary file takes about 6.02 MB (6315008 bytes) and is named AirPortClient.exe.

AirPort contains of the executables below. They take 6.03 MB (6321664 bytes) on disk.

• AirPortCleanupActions.exe (6.50 KB)
• AirPortClient.exe (6.02 MB)

Following the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the computer. Part_A few of these are shown below.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall AirPort:

Usually the following registry keys will not be uninstalled:

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional values from the Windows Registry:

A way to uninstall AirPort from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AirPort is an application marketed by the software company Atlas Copco. Sometimes, people try to erase this application. This is difficult because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK procedure to erase AirPort is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AirPort or simply click the Search feature and type in "AirPort". The AirPort app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click AirPort in the list , the following information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about AirPort, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for AirPort:

• The software company is: http://www.AtlasCopco.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{E6817AF2-346B-466D-B011-540F7CBEA00D}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall AirPort.


8. After uninstalling AirPort, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AirPort which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling AirPort with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
