If you are manually uninstalling Adguard we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Adguard:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Adguard
  • C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Adguard

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

A way to delete Adguard from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Adguard is a program marketed by Insoft LLC. Frequently, people want to remove it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY practice to remove Adguard is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Adguard or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Adguard". If it exists on your system the Adguard app will be found very quickly. After you select Adguard in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Adguard, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Adguard.

8. After uninstalling Adguard, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Adguard that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Adguard using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
