How to uninstall AdGuard from your system

How to remove AdGuard using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AdGuard is an application by Adguard Software Ltd. Some users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this can be troublesome because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY solution to erase AdGuard is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find AdGuard or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AdGuard". The AdGuard program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click AdGuard in the list , the following data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding AdGuard, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall AdGuard.

8. After removing AdGuard, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of AdGuard that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AdGuard using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
