After the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the PC. Part_A few of these are shown below.

Usually, the following files are left on disk:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\AdGuard

A way to uninstall AdGuard with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AdGuard is a program released by the software company Adguard Software Ltd. Sometimes, users try to uninstall this program. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find AdGuard or simply click the Search feature and type in "AdGuard". If it exists on your system the AdGuard application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click AdGuard in the list of programs, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about AdGuard, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AdGuard.


8. After uninstalling AdGuard, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong AdGuard that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AdGuard using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
