How to uninstall AdGuard from your system

A way to uninstall AdGuard from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AdGuard is a program marketed by Adguard Software Ltd. Some users decide to erase this program. This can be difficult because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase AdGuard is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate AdGuard or simply click the Search feature and type in "AdGuard". If it exists on your system the AdGuard program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click AdGuard in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about AdGuard, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AdGuard.

8. After uninstalling AdGuard, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of AdGuard that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AdGuard using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
