A guide to uninstall ALVR from your computer

How to uninstall ALVR from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ALVR is an application released by the software company alvr-org. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. This can be difficult because removing this manually takes some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY action to erase ALVR is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ALVR or simply activate the Search field and type in "ALVR". If it is installed on your PC the ALVR application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select ALVR in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding ALVR, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ALVR.

8. After uninstalling ALVR, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of ALVR that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ALVR with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
