A guide to uninstall 3DMark from your PC

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. 3DMark.exe is the 3DMark's main executable file and it takes circa 5.97 MB (6255680 bytes) on disk.

3DMark is composed of the following executables which take 17.62 MB (18476416 bytes) on disk:

If you are manually uninstalling 3DMark we recommend you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.3dmark-11-result
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.3dmark-result
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Futuremark.3DMark11.1
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Futuremark Corporation\3DMark 11

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional values from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{BEE64C14-BEF1-4610-8A68-A16EAA47B882}\InstallSource


How to remove 3DMark from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3DMark is an application released by Futuremark. Some users want to uninstall it. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY approach to uninstall 3DMark is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find 3DMark or simply click the Search field and type in "3DMark". If it exists on your system the 3DMark application will be found automatically. After you select 3DMark in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding 3DMark, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove 3DMark.

8. After removing 3DMark, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of 3DMark that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling 3DMark with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
