µTorrent has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

A way to delete µTorrent from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find µTorrent or simply click the Search field and type in "µTorrent". If it exists on your system the µTorrent app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click µTorrent in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding µTorrent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove µTorrent.


8. After removing µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong µTorrent which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
