Quite a few files, folders and registry entries will not be uninstalled when you remove magicJack from your PC.

Directories that were left behind:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\magicJack
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall magicJack:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\magicJack\ar00000\upgrade.exe
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\magicJack.lnk
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\_911offline.html
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\_shuttingdown.html

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\magicJack
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\talk4free\magicJack Outlook AddIn
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\talk4free\USB Softphone\magicJack

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\magicJack\Comments
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\magicJack\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\magicJack\DisplayName
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\magicJack\HelpLink

How to erase magicJack from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
