How to uninstall XTab from your PC

XTab is a software application. This page holds details on how to uninstall it from your computer. The Windows version was created by XTab system. Check out here where you can find out more on XTab system. XTab is typically set up in the C:\Program Files\XTab directory, depending on the user's decision. You can remove XTab by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\XTab\uninstall.exe. Note that you might get a notification for administrator rights. CmdShell.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 47.09 KB (48224 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall XTab from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

XTab is an application by XTab system. Some people decide to uninstall this application. This is hard because deleting this manually requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate XTab or simply click the Search feature and type in "XTab". The XTab application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click XTab in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding XTab, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall XTab.

8. After uninstalling XTab, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong XTab which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling XTab using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
