A way to uninstall Winamp with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Winamp is a program released by NullSoft. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this is hard because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Winamp or simply click the Search field and type in "Winamp". The Winamp application will be found automatically. After you click Winamp in the list of programs, the following information about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Winamp, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Winamp.

8. After removing Winamp, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Winamp which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
